Hello! Welcome to my little blog!
I like to write about anything and everything that interests me... beautiful photos... books... movies... make up... family... friends... pets... life...
If you like what you see, be sure to follow and say hi! x
I'm 32 but STILL get ID'd (hate it!) ...
friendly...
LOUD but I can be shy...
stubborn...
happy...
girly...
talkative...
blonde...
chocoholic...
always giggling at something silly...
daydreamer...
obsessive compulsive...
My "Geek Things":
writing...
reading...
40’s fashion and WW2 Britain...
Gizmo cat... ♥
Harry Potter (books and films)...
And...
I also have CP as a result of being born prematurely at 26 weeks, but it really doesn’t define who I am. I’m no different from anyone else, I just happen to walk a bit differently, that’s all... never judge a book by it's cover!!
♥ ♥ Gizmo cat ♥ ♥
♥ One day this will be mine...

Reviews are based on items that I have either bought myself or received as gifts from family/friends.
I have not been sent any free products to review, or received payment from any company.
All reviews are honest and entirely based on my own personal opinion or experience.
Please take into account your own skin tone/type upon following beauty product recommendations.
Most pictures on my blog are my own and have therefore been photographed by me.
Pictures from other sources (e.g. Google Images) have been used, quite frankly, because I find them amazing / inspirational / beautiful. And this should be a massive compliment if by a zillion to one chance they happen to belong to you :) I will gladly credit you as owner so please let me know!
Continuing the 40's theme from my previous post, you are no doubt aware of the recent popularity of a contemporary take on this British World War II poster (which, incidentally, my geek-head tells me that the British Government never actually released at the time):
It's been featured everywhere lately, from celebs to coffee mugs!
However, I also really like the parodies that are cropping up:

Love these 40's posts, I've nicked one of the posters for my blog and if you click on it, it's brings you to this post, so a little promotion for you ;0)
I see your photos aren't in a straight line, was that accidental because blogger keeps doing it with mine too and it's making me cross, I want straight lines!!! Not sure how to fix it. My spell checker has vanished too!
THANK YOU for your comment and for your link!!! That's so, so sweet of you xx I'm glad you like these posts as I've been umm-ing and aah-ing over posting them or not!
The photo thing is driving me crazy too, I think I have an OCD-type thing with things being lined up properly and I can hardly bear to look at this post :)
I'm not really sure what is going on but it looked fine when I was composing the post and previewing it :/ I tried to edit a couple of times after I posted by switching off formatting and trying to line them up that way but it was having none of it and kept deleting the pics! And ditto with the spell checker... I thought it was just me!
Silly Blogger... there must be a gremlin in the works!
@ .... x hel x ....: Nope, you're not going mad :)Do let me know how you get on with any blogger feedback! xx
@ Amanda: Yes, very well this end thanks :) No worries at all, it's great to see you back in the land of blog! Oh, and all of them work for me! Hehe! xx
